Ring resizing is free of charge however, measuring is the customers responsibility if it can’t be done at Isabella’s premises.

However, seasonal issues can sometimes take more than 3 business days, and you will be updated should it need to take longer.

If you require it urgently, please contact our store to discuss alternatives with the team.

STORE PICKUP

Available at Fairshore Building, 41-47 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, QLD, 4567

Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am if no adjustments are required, such as ring sizing. bAn email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days Australia Posts Registered Express Post service.The standard is 1 - 5 business days depending on your postcode region. Flat rate shipping fee of $18.00 applies to orders shipped within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can provide international shipping, however due to the values of the products for sale, we would need to discuss this with the purchaser and provide quotes and discuss insurance limits.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Isabella’s Fine & Antique Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
