Returns Policy

 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund or change of mind, except returns made in accordance to the Australian Consumer Laws.

 

Exchange/Credit Notes can only be made within 14 days of purchase on items sold online and if we believe the article hasn't been altered or damaged and in original boxes and with relevant documentation, such as receipts and valuations/certificates.

 

You must pay for return shipping costs, that allows the item to be trackable, and only received by us with a registered signature.  We will not accept items that are cash on delivery or left without signature.  All items returned must be insured by sender for full or higher value.  If item is lost in transit, Isabella's Fine & Antique Jewellery is not held accountable.

 

Credit notes are to be used within 1 year of claim.

Refunds will be subject to inspection by our in house jewellers.  Once it is inspected, we will send you an email or phone call to qualify the outcome and we will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is our error or the item was defective.
